What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
We offer a couple options for you. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard through our secure server. You can also pay using PayPal, which is also a secure server.

Q: Shipping Time
When will you ship my order?
A:
We strive our hardest to ship your order 24-48 hours after receipt of payment, holidays and weekend excluded. And our record shows that most orders are out of here within 24 hours after receipt of payment. We get emails all the time from customers thanking us for our fast shipping. And we’re proud of it. :-)

What are your shipping charges?
A:
We do our utmost to make out shipping reasonable as it is possible in these days of postal prices changing frequently, and much being regulated by Homeland Security issues. We are not in business to make a profit on shipping

How do you ship?
A:
We are located very rurally and our only viable option is USPS. Either First Class or Priority.
Q: International Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
A:
Yes we do. You can find information about International shipping here. You can also find the information on our Home page under International Shipping. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages once they leave the United States.
Q: Digital Downloads
I’m a bit computer challenged. What is a Digital Collage Sheet all about?
A:
Simply put, if you order a Digital Collage Sheet you will receive an email with a download link for that collage sheet file. Nothing will be shipped to you. All files ordered are sent within 24 hours and usually much sooner. If I"m online when you order you will get your files in a matter of minutes.
You should make sure that the email address you use on your order is the one you want the files sent to and if would help if you add us to your accepted address names because sometimes your spam filters grab our digital emails and you don't receive them the first go round. If you white list Send This File and Gail Schmidt as being okay to receive mail that helps.
Q: Digital File Format
In what format are your Digital Collage Sheets sent?
A:
They are sent in jpg format but if you ask we can send you a pdf file.
Q: Mailing List
Do you have a Newsletter?
A:
Yes we do. You will find the subscribe box on our Home Page in the left hand column.
Q: Not receiving Newsletters
I subscribed to your mailing list but I am not receiving the newsletter.
A:
The reason could be one of two things.
First, to subscribe is a two step process. One you add your name you will receive an email to confirm your subscription. If you do not confirm through this email your name is not added to the list.
The other reason could be that our newsletter is being caught in your spam filter. We do get some newsletters back as being rejected by the email server.
Q: Unsubscribing
Can I unsubscribe from your newsletter at any time?
A:
Yes you may. Just add your email address to our box and click unsubscribe.
Q: Out of Stock Items
What happens if I order something and you are out of it?
A:
Our shopping cart is set up so that you are not supposed to be able to order an item that is out of stock. If inadvertently there is a computer glitch and you actually are able to order something we are out of, we will refund the money for that item.
Q: Privacy Policy
What is your Privacy Policy? Do you sell, rent or give my private information to others?
A:
We absolutely do not give your information to anyone. Not even your mother.
Q: Using the images I purchase
Can I use your products for artwork I sell?
A:
Oh my yes! Except for my own original artwork and card designs, please feel free. The only thing I ask is that you honor my many hours of work and do not copy and resell our collage sheets or decorative papers. And anytime you can note us as your source for supplies it would be appreciated. Especially if you submit your work for publication.

Do you have a blog?

Actually we have two!
You can find me blogging away about new products when they arrive at the store, my own journey as a mixed media collage artist, and other "stuff" I think someone might not find to boring from my cottage in the mountains.
